🥱 Recap: The Week 🥱
✨ Being a Million Places at Once is Hard ✨
If there’s one thing I’ve learned as a founder, it’s that being “the boss” doesn’t come with a handbook, and some weeks feel like you’re being pulled in a million directions at once. This past week? It was one of those.
Between client work, team check-ins, deadlines, and the never-ending to-do list, I felt the familiar pressure to be everywhere at the same time. But here’s the thing I’ve been reminding myself: what truly matters isn’t being perfect or omnipresent, it’s showing up for your people and making sure they feel valued, supported, and proud of the work they’re doing.
That’s why this week, we rolled out a few fun new ways for our team to stay engaged and celebrate each other’s wins—big or small. Because when people feel appreciated and seen, that’s when the best work happens.
So yes, being a boss is hard. The weight of responsibility is real. But the moments when your team lights up sharing a success story or feels more connected? That makes it all worth it.
Here’s to a holiday week coming up… things usually slow down… riggghhhhttttt?
