🤠 Hey, Hey, Howdy! 🤠

Hey y’all! I have been busy busy busy! How often do I tell you guys that? It’s been so much fun traveling, so much, but let’s have a real chat about burn out, shall we? Sometimes it can feel like I live out of a suitcase, and realistically, that’s not healthy. I recently got the Oura ring and it’s been really eye-opening to see how often I’m getting little to no sleep - and I’m not saying for one or two nights a week - I’m saying every night that week. Don’t get me wrong - I’m sacrificing sleep for all of the things and people I love, but it’s taking a toll on me.

The other week I found myself making a last minute ER visit because I began to feel SO weird, tingly, and just off. I was terrified it was something horrible… like am I dying? Guess what the doctor told me???? SLEEEP. So this is my message to you all because I know we’re all grinders… please sleep. Thank you. Love you all xoxo.
