What can you do when your product has a mass issue? Graza, an olive oil brand, quickly reacted to a production mistake impacting purchases from the last two weeks. The short Instagram reel shows customers how to get their bottle open with straightforward instructions and humor. They even included discount code “TOOTIGHT” for a customer’s next purchase. LOL. 🤣

This is a perfect example of using customer feedback/tickets to find trends in support issues. How else would Graza have know an issue was becoming a pattern? Commenters were grateful for the explanation saying “I’m so glad I saw this 😅 my first time ordering and I was like never again.” This quick and zero budget social media video may have just saved them a customer or two. We love to see It! 🫒
